A project with which it is intended to maximize the impact of nature in which it will be integrated, enhancing the presence of the mountains and the sea by which it will be surrounded.

In this sense, the Swiss architect considers the project a second landscape, in which low buildings stand characterized by a wide range of colors and materials, including concrete, stone and translucent and transparent materials.
One of the most striking aspects of the new Plaza de España, in whose reform 19 million euros have been invested, are its vertical gardens on the facades of two of the three pavilions that have been created. It is an ornamentation system devised by the French landscaper Patrick Blanc that is identified by its showiness but which, in addition, has a thermal insulation effect that helps reduce energy consumption, both in winter, protecting the building from the cold in the which is installed, as in summer, supplying a natural cooling system.
