The creation of a compact volume, taking advantage of its horizontality to force the diagonal penetration of a ramp that, generating an attractive triangular plaza, enhances the public and multipurpose nature of the project, is the basic and generating approach of this project.
The roundness and geometric complexity, as well as the massive nature of the enclosures, give the building a compact appearance, contrasting with the transparency of the enclosures generated by trapezoidal breaks, which in turn give rise to interstitial spaces that, together with the skylights illuminate the interior.
One of the most characteristic features of the building is its concrete facade, perforated with countless openings (1,200 crystals, 720 different shapes) formalized from the “pixelized” image, which filter the passage of light into the interior creating a amazing image at night.
